Alberta cash rebates for windows

Straight answer

As of 2026 there is no provincial cash rebate in Alberta for replacement windows or doors, and the federal Greener Homes grant and loan are both closed to new applicants. Anyone telling you otherwise is quoting a dead program.

  • Canada Greener Homes Grant — closed to new applicants in 2024
  • Canada Greener Homes Loan — closed to new applications October 1, 2025
  • No provincial cash-back program for Alberta windows in 2026
  • SHARP financing and our own payment plans are the real options
  • We'd rather tell you this up front than pad a quote with a rebate you'll never see

Program names, amounts and eligibility are current as of publication and can change without notice. We confirm exact figures for your address and your utility during your free assessment.
